Delete your account
Deleting your QRAALYS account permanently removes:
- your account and sign-in details;
- your vehicles, and the trackers linked to them;
- all location history, trips and trip reports;
- your places, alerts and notifications.
It happens straight away and cannot be undone. Your trackers can be added to a new account afterwards. We keep only a record of sign-in and security events, no longer linked to your name or email.
